MEET KEVIN BREHMER

I am a successful Silicon Valley Entrepreneur who has a passion for technology and real estate. My technical knowledge coupled with a product and market vision and entrepreneurial spirt culminated in becoming the Founder and CEO of PixlelCam, a fabless semiconductor company that developed CMOS Image Sensors for the mobile phone and digital still camera markets. PixelCam CMOS Image Sensors were the first commercially available Megapixel image sensor for mobile phones and Digital still cameras and were awarded Product to the Year by EE Products. My integrity, honesty and customer care has awarded me many personal and business relationships with executives around the world.

After selling PixelCam to Zoran. I started a consulting business. Consulting leveraged my expertise in technology, marketing, partnerships and business plan development, while I developed a luxury real estate business in residential properties. I have lived in and know the following areas: Bay Area Peninsula from Los Gatos to Hillsborough, Los Angeles coastal from Malibu to Newport Beach, Pasadena and Las Vegas areas of Summerlin and Henderson. I am a Sales Agent in California and Broker Associate in Las Vegas.

My technical focus is now centered around clients and their homes with consumer digital internet marketing and devices that enable a smart home. I have become an expert in home automation and home security. Home automation includes energy conversation and home entertainment devices with mobile access. Home security does not stop at the home boundary but includes perimeter security devices, that can use drone and anti-drone technology. Our clients will benefit from our smart secure home knowledge with upgrades to their homes before a sale or after a purchase.
